State Border Committee: 81,000+ EU residents visited Belarus without visas since early 2024

Since the beginning of the year, 81,640 foreigners from the European Union have used the Belarusian visa-free regime to visit the republic, sb.by reports with reference to the State Border Committee

According to the source, 38,655 Lithuanian citizens, 19,912 citizens and 5,556 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 17,517 Polish citizens have visited Belarus without visas.

“In total, 882,246 foreigners from the neighbouring EU countries have travelled to Belarus since the launch of the visa-free regime: 533,866 citizens of Lithuania, 204,713 citizens and 61,671 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 81,996 citizens of Poland,” the State Border Committee informed.
