Ukrainian FM: great events expected in New York on February 23rd-24th

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced major events in international politics on February 23^rd and 24^th, with ‘many important political signals’, RIA Novosti reports

According to TSN, decisions on sanctions will be made on these days, among other things.

"Great events will take place in New York on February 23^rd and 24^th. There will be many important political signals, there will be decisions on sanctions, weapons, there will be symbols of unity, and this will happen at all levels," Mr. Kuleba said.

Earlier, RIA Novosti was informed on the discussion at the UN General Assembly of an anti-Russian draft resolution proposed by the West on ‘the principles underlying a comprehensive, just and sustainable peace in Ukraine’. Voting on the document is scheduled to take place during an emergency special session of the General Assembly, which resumes work on February 22nd.
